Infected or Compromised Nails PolicyYour health and safety are my top priority. If you arrive to your appointment with signs of nail infection, fungus, open wounds, severe lifting, or any contagious nail condition, I will not be able to perform your service.This is to protect you, other clients, and the integrity of your natural nails. If you are unsure whether your nails are safe to service, please send a photo prior to your appointment. A doctor’s clearance may be required before booking again.
Cancellation
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged a $20 fee.Please understand this is not a judgment of your emergency, but compensation for the time that was reserved exclusively for you.No exceptions.Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling at my discretion.
Payment & Repairs
The following payment methods are accepted:Cash, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, and card.All card payments will incur a 2.7% processing fee.If you experience lifting or breakage, it must be reported within 3 days of your appointment to qualify for a complimentary fix.Refunds will not be given after you leave the salon.
